I doodled it up in my notebook, scanned it, traced it with the Pen Tool, and then CGed it. I was bored and dammit, I want a WACOM tablet!

Nice, and by far less disturbing than some things you've submitted before. Yeah, that Zero-X-Axl doodle still gives me nightmares.
Anyway, it is very nice, and I'm looking forward to seeing more.

I like that ShadeMan, although I thought oekakis were very large pixelart pieces. Obviously I'm wrong, so what am *I* thinking of?

Prolly MSPaint-styled oekakis with no time spent on 'em. I've seen alotta those and avoided oekaki boards 'cause of that for a while. Then I joined one years ago, drew a buncha things and then left. After that, I avoided oekaki boards until I could get a WACOM tablet 'cause seriously... drawing with a mouse is a royal pain.

Although re-reading the text that came with it, yup, that ShadeMan is oekaki.

I did another oekaki a bit earlier tonight. I'm just havin' a ball with this tablet! The origonal pic is on the Atomic Fire oekaki board where the animation can be viewed, and I also tossed it up on DA.

It's the shading. I could touch it up, and I might, but I'm lazy. I'm just gonna leave it as is, as several times I've had a pic that was so close to being perfect that any alterations ended up ruining it.

Yes, but he underlined "his" most likely because Grooveman said "her" about the name Quickman earlier.

Actually, the underlined "his" was in reference to the picture's left and not ours basically, it was a quick-and-easy way of saying "his left (your right) hand."
