Um... It needs more editing, to be plain. If I had to guess, I would say C/P'ed hair, recolored body, and Zero-blended-with-Bass-by-C/P head. Try editing all the body parts.

The shoulders look pretty well done. The head does look strange though.

A bass recolor, with a crappy helmet. His helmet should be white in the middle. It also looks like you used the manual ms paint resize tool. NOT recommended. The whole thing needs a LOT of work. I suggest starting over since it's been resized like that.

Them shoulder pads are a bit good.
But due to the fact that you manually resized the image you would have to start all over again.

OKay........if my memory serves me right, those a Bass's NORMAL shoulder pads. at least make him look like zero. not a recolor.

Yeah, it's just a recolor. Add boob lights or something. At least make it custom looking.

The helmet's made in a way that makes it look like a cloth cap. Also, the shading on it could use some work. The rest's just a recolour.
